Shipping
We endeavour to ship all orders received within 2-3 business days, once dispatched you will receive a unique tracking number with a link to be able to track your parcel via AustraliaPost. Please note, during busy periods or when we are on sale, dispatch could take longer.
We offer free Express Shipping on all orders over $80 and have a flat rate of $10 for orders less than $80, with a flat rate of $20 AUD for all international orders. Please note this does not include any foreign import duties applied by other countries.
Change of Mind Returns
During our final clearance all sales are final and we will be unable to offer exchanges or credit so please choose carefully.
Warranty Returns
All of our jewellery is handmade, stringently quality-checked and packed carefully by our team. It’s very rare for our customers to find a fault in an item, however if this has happened to you, we are happy to exchange or repair the product within 2 months of purchasing.
Please contact us via email at hello@kalapriya.com.au in the first instance, with the subject ‘Faulty Item’. You will need to include your full contact details and address, order number and photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the problem in your email.
Once our team has confirmed the return, please pack the item carefully and we will arrange for your faulty item to be returned to us in Australia and for a replacement to be shipped to you asap.
Please include all of the details listed above (including your name, email address and order number) in the return satchel and if possible, pack your returns in the original packaging or something similar.
