Shipping & Returns
We endeavour to ship all orders received the following business day, once dispatched you will receive a unique tracking number with a link to be able to track your parcel via AustraliaPost.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 and have a flat rate of $10 for orders less than $60, with a flat rate of $20 AUD for all international orders. Please note this does not include any foreign import duties applied by other countries.
Change of Mind Returns
At Kalapriya, it’s our pleasure to bring you high quality, handmade jewellery that’s destined to make your forever-favourite list. However, we know that sometimes, you might find a piece isn’t exactly how you envisaged it when you unwrap it, or you may simply change your mind. That’s why we offer Change of Mind returns. Get in touch with us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of purchasing and we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Our refund policy does not extend to sale items or items purchased using Zip or AfterPay but we are happy to issue a store credit or an exchange.
Please note that this does not include pierced jewellery (for obvious hygiene reasons). It also does not include products returned which are not in their original (saleable) condition with the original packaging or items which have been worn or damaged.
Refunds will be made via the original method of purchase. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item returned to us and for any costs incurred. Returns must be by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed. Please wrap items in their original packing to ensure they get to us undamaged.
All of our jewellery is handmade, stringently quality-checked and packed carefully by our team. It’s very rare for our customers to find a fault in an item, however if this has happened to you, we are happy to exchange the product within 3 months of purchasing.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance, with the subject ‘Faulty Item’. You will need to include your full contact details and address, order number and photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the problem in your email.
Once our team has confirmed the return, please pack the item carefully and we will arrange for your faulty item to be returned to us in Australia and for a replacement to be shipped to you asap.
Please include all of the details listed above (including your name, email address and order number) in the return satchel and if possible, pack your returns in the original packaging or something similar.
