How To Find Your Ring Size
The easiest way to find out your size is to measure the internal diameter of an existing ring, but there are a couple of points to remember. Firstly, your fingers will vary in size depending on the weather and the time of day, mornings and cool weather can reduce your fingers by up to a full size. Also, the style of shank of the ring can make a big difference too, a wide, thick band will make the ring feel tighter, a fine, thin band will feel much looser.

If you’re buying a gift for someone else and are unsure of their size, the rule of thumb is to go on a persons build. Very generally speaking, the average size for women is 7 to 8 and men 10 to 11.
