Thank You & Farewell

The time has come for me to close this chapter of my professional life. After nearly 35 years, I've decided to retire and, with a touch of sadness, will be closing down the Kalapriya website, which was a continuation of the Inspired Tribe retail shops.

It has been a true privilege and joy to have had such an amazing career. I've cherished the opportunity to travel the world, working with exceptionally talented artisans and experiencing so many different facets of this vibrant industry.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you. Whether you have been a customer, an employee, or simply a fan of our products, I am truly grateful for your support. Your feedback, encouragement, and loyalty have meant the world to me, and I could not have achieved it all without you.

Why am I closing down?

The retail format has changed so incredibly over the last few years and I find myself constantly reflecting on the old ways rather than embracing the new! The fast pace of social media and lack of human interaction are elements I find I simply don't enjoy. Inspired Tribe was a creative space I was passionate about, each one of our shops was an opportunity to showcase beautiful, artisan crafts from around the globe and interact with people who loved these pieces as much as I did! 

I will always cherish the memories and the relationships I was privileged to enjoy over the years.
